Sylvester Randolph is the fantastic new black muscle hunk on the block and he looks fabulous.  We say new, but obviously he’s been at this game for a while; you should be able to see that, and even with no experience of muscle building you’ll realise that you need to work on those type of biceps etc!

Sylvester is the gay muscle icon of the moment, and he’s attracted so much attention that we believe that Muscle Hunks have more than likely signed him up for a load more shoots and videos.  There’s more to come from this black, gay muscle legend and you’ve simply got to see what’s beneath that hat he’s holding; it’s really something else.

This guy really does look like a God doesn’t he?  Or at least how I would imagine a God to look.  He has all the muscles in the right place and in this shot they’re shining like he’s just dropped from the clouds to bless us all with his magnificence!

Rico is one of the most serious muscle builders we’ve ever met on Muscle Videos, and when he talks about his career he talks with such passion and detachment from anything else in what we would consider as the real world, sometimes it’s quite scary!  This guy eats, drinks and sleeps muscle building; and it’s certainly paid off hasn’t it?

We love Rico the most because he’s in beautiful proportion.  It’s almost as though this massive legend of a muscle builder has been designed in the same way as they design action figures for children; he is the quintessential muscle man!  When you imagine the ancient civilisations of the earth and their warriors at the peak of their physical fitness you picture something like you see in front of you now don’ t you?  Either that or a gladiator ready to fight for his right to live as a free man.  Rico represents everything that strength and power have meant for centuries of man on earth.

John Nolan has been working out for a long time, although he’s still pretty much a muscle pup!  His biceps look naturally great, as does the rest of his body; in fact we’d go so far as saying that John Nolan is probably one of the best, and youngest natural body builders we’ve ever seen on the site.  John is a wonderfully cheerful guy, and he’s a pleasure to talk to; and guess what folks, you can talk to him too.  At the time I wrote this post he was live on Live Muscle Show – the site that lets you get in touch – one to one – with your favourite type of muscle men or gay muscle men.

Having only recently discovered just how popular he is on Live Muscle Show, John isn’t fussy who he talks to at the moment, as long as he’s getting that admiration that keeps him getting out of bed in the morning.  We all need a little of that don’t we?  John tells us:

That’s what keeps me muscle building and going to the gym most days.  Once you’ve had a taste of that admiration and respect from other people you crave it in a similar way a drug addict would crave their narcotic of choice; it’s unavoidable, but this is far more enjoyable!

Todd Morris offers you all a sneaky look into what he gets up to at the gym.  This latest picture set brought to you by Powermen.com features Todd looking his very best and doing some serious posing for the camera.  Once only a weightlifter who wanted to look after his body for personal gain, with no aspirations of modelling, Todd soon realised he has a way with the camera and began a career as a gay muscle icon.

Scheduling some private time in the gym to do this photo shoot wasn’t that difficult for Todd because he actually owns the place!  That’s right, this is his other job, and it’s another one he’s damn good at.  His own bodybuilding successes have brought his gym a lot of attention, and his recent appearances on Powermen.com have made this a centre for gay muscle worship.  I think I suddenly feel the need to workout!

This is a wonderful moment for us here at Muscle Videos, because today we get to take a long, hard look at the lovely Adam de Angelo and all the new stuff he’s got on Musclegallery.com the place to get all your favourite bodybuilder pictures as soon as they come out and hit the net.  We managed to track Adam down after a photo shoot for Muscle Gallery and we asked him:

Muscle Videos: So Adam, what made you get into the business?

Adam: It was mainly for fitness to begin with, but a friend of mine suggested entering a few bodybuilding competitions when I started to show some serious potential and I’ve never really looked back since!

Muscle Videos: Well, we can see that!  Congratulations on your win in 2010 by the way, the NPC is quite an acheivement.

Adam: Yes, I was very pleased with that result. Perhaps I’ll win some other divisions next time around.

It doesn’t really matter to us what divisions bodybuilding champ Adam de Angelo wins, as long as he keeps getting his kit off doing some serious modelling for the muscle fans out there; that’s all we’re really concerned about.
