Here’s a good one for all you gay muscle fans out there.  Stan McQuay has been on the scene for a number of years training hard and competing in various competitions.  He most recently took the prize in the Sacremento Pro Show.  This is a real first class bodybuilder and he’s enormously popular all over the world.

If you hadn’t heard of him through his body building career then you’ve most certainly heard of him through his modelling career.  This is something that Stan takes just as serriously as his competitions and if he can’t be the best he’s simply not satisfied.  It’s this level of discipline that keeps the great McQuay going onto bigger and better things.

We’re quite sure that we’ll be seeing a lot more of Stan on Muscle Videos soon, but in the meantime if you can’t get enough you’ll see a great set of pictures of him over on Muscle Gallery right now.  He’s been doing quite a lot of work with those guys over a number of years.
