So you like your muscle big and black do you?  Well you’ve got it all here with the body-builder Ron Hamilton.  Ron is no stranger to hard work and it has taken him a number of years to get his near perfect body in this condition.  We here at Muscle Videos feel like this man should be on the front page of all body building magazines at the moment because he represents such a dedication to the sport!
