This guy is certainly the all-American muscle man of our time folks, just look at him.  This name is Frank Defeo and he’s ready to show you all her has under that sweaty shirt of his.  It’s what’s in his pants that interests us too though Frank, and we’re not always likely to be referring to your old chap either!  We’d like to see your butt my lovely muscle hunk friend.

Well, when I wrote this post he was live, if you go over to Live Muscle Show a little late then you can’t hold me responsible I’m afraid :)  However, never fear because this is one body builder that goes on LIve Muscle Show as often as he can.  You will pretty much always find Arcady online when he’s not training, and if you’re very lucky you might get him online when he is training!  This is something spectacular I have to say; never before have I seen a body builder able to work out so hard when he’s being watched by a gay muscle worshipper knocking one out to the sight of his muscles pumping up and down and almost bursting at the seams.

He wouldn’t do it if he didn’t like the attention however.  Arcady loves to meet new people online, and the way he sees it is that it’s always nicer to meet people who already like you; that way you don’t have to do so much work.  But work is something this body building superstar isn’t afraid of.  If you don’t see him in the gym pumping weights then you’ll find him in the garden splitting logs or at the local junk yard heaving bits of old car all over the place; this guy is just addicted to pumping his muscles!

Gilberto Nestore made a welcome return to Muscle Hunks recently when he posed for a brand new set of pictures and some new video clips.  You caxn never get enough Gilberto in your life, and I am sure this guy get bigger and more toned every time I see him; hell I thought he looked good on Muscle Eden for Christ’s sake, but this is something else!

The free picture you see here is part of a set that is very popular with the gay muscle fans for obvious reasons.  Black and white photography really helps Con to draw attention to those lovely sculptured abdominal muscles and those incredibly perky peck (I just bet he can make those babies dance for you if you ask real nice).  Who else could look this good with a just a towel in front of their cock I ask you?

Pure black muscle folks, that’s what you’re getting today.  The powerful Augusto Elia is here to make your dreams come true; hell he’s even got a Powerman name for Christ’s sake!  Augusto makes him sound like an ancient Roman gladiator or something.  I could see this guy fighting deadly hand to hand combat with some lesser mortals, he’d rip them to pieces.

Anyway, enough of this violent talk, let’s consider this body for a moment.  I’ve seen lots and lots of abdominal muscles in my time (as I’m sure you can appreciate) but when it comes to black body builders like Augusto here I have to say that I have never actually seen a set of abs that look this long and this well formed.  I mean, I know that he must have worked hard to get them in that condition, but there must be something natural there to allow him to build them to that level; it defies explanation.
